New Arbitrator in ADR Partners

Suren Gomtsyan has joined ADR Partners in August, 2014.

S.Gomtsyan is experienced in the fields of arbitration, business law and corporate law. He previously held academic positions at the Armenian State University of Economics (ASEU) and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. Currently S.Gomtsyan works as a PhD researcher at the Department of Business Law at Tilburg University.

Suren Gomtsyan graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics (MESI), Faculty of Law and Humanities (Moscow, Russia). Afterwards he continued his post-graduate studies at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow and defended his PhD dissertation on the topic of the acquisition of large shareholdings in listed companies. Later from 2011 to 2012, S.Gomtsyan continued his education at Tilburg University’s Law School and received an LL.M degree.

Highlighting the progress of alternative dispute resolution in the Republic of Armenia, Suren Gomtsyan is ready to contribute his professional skills to the development of this sector, representing it to the community at large.
